PANEER MAKHANI WITH MELON SEEDS GRAVY ─ Indian Master Chef

Oil as required 0 Onion 1 Numbers Ginger Small Garlic 5 Numbers Musk seeds 1 Cup Green chillies 5 Numbers Water as required 0 Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons Cumin powder 1 Teaspoons Turmeric Pinch Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoons Butter 1 Tablespoons Tomato puree 1 Cup Salt as per taste 0 Garam masala 1 Teaspoons Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoons kasuri methi 1 Teaspoons Paneer 100 Grams Cream 1 Tablespoons Sugar(optional) Pinch 1.Take a pan and add oil,chopped onion,chopped ginger,chopped garlic,
  musk seeds,slit green chillies.
2.Saute all these nicely.
3.Now add some water and mix it well.
4.Take mixi jar add those all sauted ingredients and make it into a fine paste.
5.Then take a pan and add water,coriander powder,cumin powder,pinch of
  turmeric,red chilli powder and butter mix it well.
6.after boiling add salt as per taste,garam masala,coriander leaves.
7.Take another pan add kasuri methi little roast it and keep a side.
8.Crush this roasted kasuri methi into powder
9.Now add the kasuri methi powder,cuted paneer pieces.
10.Then add cream and mix it well.
11.If you need you can add pinch of sugar.
11.Serve in a bowl.
