We've seen quite a few edible bowls in our time, from brownie bowls to chocolate sprinkle bowls and more. The newest way to enjoy your ice cream? Bowls made from cinnamon rolls! All you need are a container of cinnamon rolls and your favorite ice cream and toppings to re-create this delicious dessert at home.
INGREDIENTS
1 container cinnamon rolls
Ice cream
Whipped cream
Chocolate sauce
Sprinkles
Maraschino cherries
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375째F.
Remove cinnamon rolls from can and flatten them in pairs with a rolling pin until about 6 inches in diameter. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray and press down each cinnamon roll, leaving a lip around the top. Spray the underside of a second muffin tin and place on top of first muffin tin. This is to keep the bowls from puffing up in the oven.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool.
Scoop ice cream into each cinnamon roll cup and top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, sprinkles, and a maraschino cherry.
