STAR SAMOSA WITH SPINACH CORN, MUSHROOM ─ Indian Master Chef

These Samosas are very yummy and very easy to make. Try making star samosas and enjoy for any party as starters or you can even serve them as a tea time snack. Lovely mushrooms with masala taste awesome together in these samosas!

Ingredients: Oil as required Garlic 6 Numbers Sweet corn 1 Number Pepper powder 1 Teaspoon Mushroom 4 Numbers Spinach 1 Bunch Maida flour 1 Cup Salt as per taste Water as required Butter 4 cubes
Method:
Take a pan and add butter, chopped garlic, sweet corn, pepper powder, mushroom pieces and mix it well.
Now add chopped spinach and cook it.
Then add this mixture to a beaten egg and keep aside.
Take a bowl, add maida flour, oil, salt, add little by little water and mix it like a dough. Rest it for 10 mins.
Add spinach in the sweet corn mixture and mix it.
Take the dough and make it some small balls.
Then make it like a puri, stuff the sweet corn mixture and seal it in a triangle shape as shown in the video.
Deep fry the samosa on a slow flame.’
Serve with tomato ketch up.
