oday, I will share a very tasty snack food that brings back good memories from hometown. My hometown, Gwangju, has a popular bakery called “Gongjeon Jegwa” which can be translated as “Palace Bakery.” It started as a local bakery and has now grown into several branches. One of their signature breads is this “GongRyongAl” which means “Dinosaur Egg.”
