We made watermelon macarons. We tried adding green food dye powder to the macaron and watermelon-flavored shaved-ice syrup to the buttercream filling. And this time, we finally used the "food pen"!
You love macarons. But they're hard to make. You always fail. So here is a simple recipe for making something similar to a macaron. Perfect for those of us who fail at making real macarons but want to eat as many macarons as they want! This is a true Moso-style recipe to make all of your dreams come true. It's a bit different than the real thing, but please try making it!
*Recipe*
Baking the macarons
1. Draw macaron-sized circles on the oven paper. For this recipe, about 35mm.
2. Put 1 egg white and 70g of granulated sugar in a metal bowl immersed in a hot water bath.
3. Mix with a hand mixer until fluffy.
4. Remove the bowl from the hot water bath.
5. Shake 32g of almond powder and 3g of green food dye powder (if adjusting color to your liking, just make sure the amount of dye and almond powder adds up to 35g) into the bowl through a sieve.
6. Thoroughly mix everything together.
7. Put the ingredients from '6' into a piping bag with a 1cm round tip.
8. Squeeze the mix from '7' into the guide circles from '1'.
9. Lower the temperature of the oven that was preheating at 200 degrees to 130 degrees. Place '8' in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Do not open the oven while baking.
10. After the macarons have finished baking, leave them inside the oven for another 10 minutes.
11. Once cooled, gently peel the macarons off the oven sheet.
Making the buttercream filling (an easy-to-make amount)
12. Place 2 egg yolks in a bowl and whip with a hand mixer until whitish in color.
13. Place 65g of granulated sugar and 25g of water in a heat-resistant container.
14. Put it in the microwave for 40 seconds at 600W. Remove and mix.
15. Place it back in the microwave for 1 minute and 50 seconds.
16. Slowly add '12' a bit at a time to '15' while mixing.
17. Mix until cooled to about body temperature.
18. Add 150g (divided into 3 parts) of creamed unsalted butter to '17' and mix until glossy with each addition.
19. Take 100g from '18' (refrigerate the rest).
20. Add 30mL of watermelon-flavored shaved-ice syrup to '19' and mix.
21. Use a food pen to draw a pattern on half of the macarons from '11'.
22. Sandwich the cream from '20' between the macarons.
23. If you put the macarons in an airtight container and leave them in the fridge overnight, the macaron and cream meld together and taste delicious.
24. Eat the macarons while thinking to yourself, "These look just like a cute cartoon drawing of a watermelon!"

INGREDIENTS
Red Juice:
2 cups watermelon juice
1 cup sparkling water
1 grapefruit, juiced
1 cup pomegranate juice, or until desired color is achieved
Plastic dinosaurs! Or any kind of plastic toys.
Green Juice:
1 Lemon, juiced
1 Lime, juiced
1 cup sparkling water
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup coconut water
Green food coloring
A troll
Dice
A red striped straw
Making these juices is very simple - just combine your ingredients!

Cheesy Bacon and Tomato Gnocchi Bake | One Pot Chef ─ OnePotChefShow
Oats curd is a very simple to make South Indian comfort foods with low calorie, filling and quick meal which is perfect for Breakfast.
INGREDIENTS:
Milk ½ lit
Oats 1 cup
Onions 1 nos
Curd starter 1 tbs
Oil 1 tsp
Dry red chilly 1 nos
Mustard seeds ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds ¼ tsp
Chana dal ¼ tsp
Urad dal ¼ tsp
Curry leaves 1 spring
METHOD:
1. Cut onions into dice and separate layer and keep aside.
2. Boil milk in a pan, switch off flame and add oats.
3. Transfer into a bowl and keep aside till it come to room temperature.
4. To it add onions, curd starter mix and leave it for 3-4 hrs.
5. Heat oil in a pan, add dry red chilly, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves and saute it
6. Add tempering to oats curd mixture and mix it.
7. Now the oats curd is ready to serve.

My hometown, Gwangju, has a popular bakery called “Gongjeon Jegwa” which can be translated as “Palace Bakery.” It started as a local bakery and has now grown into several branches. One of their signature breads is this “GongRyongAl” which means “Dinosaur Egg.”

Grilled yellow corvina (Gulbi-gui: 굴비구이) ─ Maangchi
This quick and easy Korean dish will satisfy all your sweet and savory cravings! We’ll turn up the heat with the kick of gochujang and add a deep dose of umami in the miso butter. The hasselback preparation of the sweet potato cradles all of that buttery gochu goodness. And the edges crisp up to the provide the perfect chew.
RECIPE▹
2 sweet potatoes- washed, dried
4T (vegan) butter
2T white miso
1 heaping tablespoon Chung Jung One Gochujang
chives
sesame seeds
optional: panko bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
Use long handled spoons or chopsticks as guides. Make 1/4 - 1/8 inch cuts into potatoes but do not cut all the way through. Keep the bottom intact.
Mix butter, miso and gochujang in a small bowl.
Spread half of the butter mixture into the potatoes. Place into an oven-safe pan with edges.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven, slather with remaining gochu butter.
Optional: sprinkle with panko bread crumbs.
Return to oven, bake an additional 20 minutes.
Top with sesame seeds and chopped chives.

TOMATO CHUTNEY
Ingredients:
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 cm fresh ginger
1,5 kg red tomatoes
1/2 kg onions
1/2 kg apples
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup muscavado sugar
Place the spices and ginger in a piece of cloth and tie it into a bag with a string.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes, already skinned. Chop the onions, the apples and the garlic.
Take all the ingredients except for the sugar into a pan and bring to boil, then simmer until tender. Add the muscovado sugar and simmer for approximately 1 1/2 hours until the chutney is thick and juicy.
CHUTNEY DE TOMATE
Ingredientes:
1 cdita de semillas de coriandro
1 cdita de semillas de mostaza
1 cdita de semillas de comino
1 cm de jengibre fresco
1, 5 kg de tomates maduros
1/2 kg de manzanas
1/2 kg de cebollas
2 dientes de ajo
1 taza de vinagre de vino tinto
1 cdita de sal
200 gr de azucar mascabo
Procedimiento:
Armar una bolsita de genero y colocar dentro las semillas de coriandro, de comino, de mostaza y el jengibre.
Cortar los tomates en cubos sin piel. Picar la cebolla y la manzana. Picar el ajo tambiĂŠn. Colocar todos los ingredientes menos el azĂşcar en una olla y llevar a hervor. Luego dejar cocinar a fuego lento hasta que todo este bien tierno. Agregar el azĂşcar y revolver. Dejar que se disuelva y hervir por aproximadamente 1 1/2 hs hasta que el chutney este bien denso pero a la vez jugoso.

100g Bread Flour (3.5 oz)
50g Cake Flour (1.75 oz)
½ tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Olive Oil
90ml Water (3 fl oz)
1 tsp Instant Dry Yeast Powder
- Toppings -
80g Teriyaki Chicken (2.8 oz)

40g Maitake Mushrooms or substitute: shiitake, shimeji or king oyster mushrooms (1.4 oz)
40g Long Green Onion, cut into diagonal slices (1.4 oz)

Black Pepper, coarsely ground
Olive Oil
100g Mozzarella Cheese (3.5 oz)
Spring Onion Leaves, chopped
Shichimi Chili Powder or Sansho Pepper
Bread Flour for dusting

KIDS PARTY RECIPE IDEAS | Crumbs ─ Crumbs Food
Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women
A different combination of brinjal and mango curry. It goes excellent with roti or pulka.
INGREDIENTS:
Oil 2 tsp
Onions 1 nos
Salt To taste
Ginger garlic paste ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Eggplant(pieces) 1 cup
Coriander powder ¼ tsp
Red chilly powder ½ tsp
Raw mango(chopped) ¼ cup
Water ¼ cup
Cashew nut powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves(chopped) 1 tsp
METHOD:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, little salt and saute it.
2. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and saute it.
3. Add eggplant and saute it, add coriander powder, red chilly powder and saute it.
4. Place lid and cook it for 2 mins on slow flame.
5. Add raw mango and little water and cook it on slow flame with lid on it.
6. At last add cashew nut powder, coriander leaves and mix it.
7. Now the mango brinjal curry is ready to serve with roti or pulka.
MANGO BRINJAL CURRY ─ Mrs.Vahchef
Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women
This kid-friendly dish prepared with boneless chicken it is delicious to eat. It is one of the best snack.
INGREDIENTS:
Boneless chicken 200 gms
Water As required
Spices As required
Pizza dough 1 cup
Mixed herbs ½ tsp
Red chilly flakes ½ tsp
Salt To taste
Pepper powder ½ tsp
Cheese 6-7 slices
Mozzarella cheese(grated) ¾ cup
METHOD:
1. Boil the boneless chicken with water, spices and remove the pieces, chop it like as shown in video and keep aside.
2. Take the pizza dough(prepared by mixing all purpose flour, sugar, water yeast, salt, little oil) and dough is proofed and slightly mixed or kneaded again.
3. Sprinkle some flour on table top and place the pizza dough and roll into slightly thin.
4. Spread the chopped chicken and sprinkle the mixed herbs and red
chilly flakes, salt, pepper powder.
5. On it top arrange cheese slices and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
6. Roll and fold the corner inside like as shown in video and place it in bread mould.
7. Allow it proof for 30 min and bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 mins until nice golden colour is formed on top.
8. Now cut into pieces and serve it.
