Ingredients I used
: 200g bread flour
: 110ml lukewarm water
: 3g dried yeast
: 2 tbsp sugar
: 1 tbsp vegetable oil
: 1/2 tsp salt

Sweet miso sauce
: 80g red miso
: 100g sugar
: 50ml sake
: 50ml water

このチャンネルではアメリカ規格の計量器を使ってますので、日本よりほんの少しだけ多めです。例えば大さじ１は日本の大さじ1.25くらいです。1カップは日本だと２００ｃｃですがアメリカの1カップは２３０ｃｃくらいです。参考までに。

：２００ｇ 強力粉
：１１０ｃｃ ぬるま湯
：３ｇ イースト菌
：大さじ２ 砂糖
： おおさじ１ サラダ油
： 塩ひとつまみ

甘味噌だれ
： ８０ｇ 赤みそ
： １００ｇ 砂糖
： ５０ｃｃ 水
： ５０ｃｃ さけ
