BHINDI-OKRA & EGGS COOKED IN SOUR CURRY :

Ingredients:     Oil as required     Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon     Dry red chili 3 Numbers     Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon     Onion 1 Number     Curry leaves 3 Stricks     Salt as per taste     Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon     Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon     Hing 1/2 Teaspoon     Lady’s fingers 15 Numbers     Coconut powder 1 Tablespoon     Roasted Chana powder 1 Tablespoon     Tamarind pulp 1 Cup     Water as required     Red chili powder 1 Tablespoon     Jaggery 1 Teaspoon     Eggs 5 Numbers
Method:
Take a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, dry red chilies, cumin powder, chopped onion, curry leaves, salt and sauté it.
Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and mix it well. Then add  lady’s finger pieces,  coconut powder and cook it.
Now add tamarind pulp, water, red chili powder and mix it. Put on lid and cook it.
At last, add boiled eggs and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
serve with hot rice.
