The combination of Soya and Spinach is very healthy with added nutrition from Soya proteins. Palak Soya Mutton is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Side Dish.
Ingredients: Water as required Mutton 1 Cup Oil as required Cloves 2 Numbers Cardamom 2 Numbers Maize 1 Number Star anise 1 Number Bay leaf 1 Number Biryani flower 1 Number Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon stick Small Onion 1 Number Salt as per taste Garlic 5 Numbers Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon Tomato puree 1 Cup Butter 1 Tablespoon Desiccated coconut powder 2 Tablespoons Soya leaves 2 Bunch Spinach 1 Bunch Cashew nuts powder 1 Tablespoon Crush pepper 1 Teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon
Method:
Take a pan, add water and mutton pieces and cook it well.
Now take another pan, add oil, whole garam masala, chopped onion, salt, chopped garlic, and cook it well. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and cook it for about a minute.
After that add tomato puree and cook it for 5 minutes.
Now add cooked mutton pieces in tomato puree pan and cook it well. Then add cashew nuts powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder and cook it well.
Take another pan, add butter, desiccated coconut powder and sautÄĹ it. And add chopped soya leaves and spinach and cook on a slow flame. Then switch off the flame and keep aside.
Add spinach and soya mixture and cook it.
Serve with hot rice.
