Kaju kish mish badam dumpling vegetarian biryani recipe:
Cashew pulao or kaju pulao recipe made in Andhra wedding style. We use long grain rice, kaju, kishmish and badam to increase its flavors.
Ingredients: Cashew nuts 6 Numbers Almonds 6 Numbers Chickpea flour 1 Cup Salt as per taste Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon Oil as required Raisins 6 Numbers Ghee 1 Tablespoon Onion 2 Numbers Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon Coriander leaves 1/2 Cup Mint leaves 1/2 Cup Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon Garam masala 1 Teaspoon Water as required Rice 2 Cup
Method:
Pestle the raisins, almonds, cashew nuts and keep a side.
Take a bowl, add chick pea flour, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, oil, pestle powder and mix it to a soft dough. Later make it into small balls and deep fry in the hot oil and keep aside.
Now take a pan, add ghee, chopped onion, salt, caraway seeds, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and mix it well. Then add Water (i.e., for 1 cup of rice add around 2 cups of water) and let it boil.
When boiling, add soaked basmati rice, mix it once and cook it.
At last, add fried balls and cook it for another 10 minutes.
Serve with raitha.
