ROSEMARY CAULIFLOWER CHEESE PARATHA RECIPE FOR BREAKFAST ─ Indian Master Chef

cauliflower cheese rosemary parathas make for a wholesome breakfast or lunch. there are many many varieties of paratha and this cauliflower cheese paratha is also one such variety.
Ingredients: Wheat flour 1 Cup Salt as per taste Oil as required Milk 1 Cup Butter 1 Tablespoon Cauliflower 1 Number Rosemary 3 Stricks Crush pepper 1 Teaspoon Cheese 2 Tablespoons




Method:
Take a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, oil, milk and mix it well like dough.Rest it for 15 minutes.
Then take a pan, add butter, grated cauliflower, chopped rose Mary, crush pepper, salt and mix it well. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now transfer into a plate, add cheese grated and mix it well. And make it into three balls and keep aside.
With the dough, shape it into a roti then place the stuffing and roll out like round paratha's.
Place the paratha on the sauce pan and roast it with a little bit of butter on either sides.
Serve hot with yoghurt and pickles.
