BHUNA STYLE MUTTON CURRY RECIPE ─ Indian Master Chef

bhuna style mutton curry recipe: Mutton masala curry is a non-vegetarian recipe made using mutton or meat.

Ingredients: Oil as required Mutton pieces 1 Cup Onion 1 Number Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon Garam masala 1 Teaspoon Water as required Tomato puree 1 Cup Salt as per taste Mint leaves 1/2 Cup Coriander leaves 1/2 Cup Kasoori methi powder 1 Teaspoon Capsicum 1 Number




Method:
Take a pan, add oil, mutton pieces and cook it for 15-20 minutes.
To it, add chopped onion, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala along with some water and cook it with closed lid for 5-6 whistles.
Now take another pan, add oil, tomato puree, salt, mint leaves, coriander leaves, Kasoori methi powder, red chili powder and cook it well.
Then add this mixture into capsicum pan and cook it well.
Now, transfer this capsicum mixture to mutton curry and cook it again for few more minutes.
Serve it with hot rice.
