By adding mashed potato, it turned out chewy and moist inside.

: 270g bread flour
: 3g dried yeast
: 100ml lukewarm water
: 15g sugar
: 10g butter
: 30g mashed potato
: 1/2 tsp salt
: 1 small size egg
