This is my Middle Eastern-inspired twist on a traditional Canadian dish called Poutine, well actually it came out more like loaded fries! My version is french fries topped with deliciousness like minced lamb, feta cheese, pomegranate seeds and sumac. It's very different to the Canadian way but I'm giving you a special global REMIX! Give it a go and let me know what YOU would pay for it.
I'm exploring all the great stuff Canada has to offer right now - the videos will be out in September but you can follow my journey right now by searching for @ExploreCanada on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter or check out my daily Snapchats @JohnQ
