Guys! Today I'm cooking at the amazing Warwick Ibah in Ubud, Bali. Inspired by the beautiful landscape, I am making a Balinese "Ikan Bumbu Bali", fish cooked in a spicy Balinese sauce. We're cooking with mahi-mahi, a tropical fish which can be found almost everywhere in Asia. Enjoy!
Thank you very much to the wonderful Warwick Ibah for helping us set up for this great recipe!
