Easy Oreo Cheesecake Ice Cream Bars 型に流し込んで冷凍して切り分けるだけのチーズケーキアイスバー ─ Hey! It's Mosogourmet!! あっ、 妄想グルメだ！

All have to do is pour into a mold and freeze. Here comes an innovative (?) ice cream bar that can be cut in pieces when we eat.
Watch out for the crushed Oreo cookies crumbing all over the place.
*Recipe* (for one approx. 580 ml of slim pound 230×45×65mm）

1. Whip up 200ml of cream throughly.
2. Mix 100g of cream cheese kept at room temperature smoothly with a whisk.
3. Add a small portion of 1 to 2 and mix them together.
4. Add the rest of 1 to 3 and mix them together.
5. Add 5 tbsp (75ml) of sweetened condensed milk to 4 and mix them together.
6. Pour 5 into a slim pound with parchment paper spread across the surface.
7. Crush three pieces of Oreo cookies.
8. Put 7 on top of 6 and press down lightly.
9. Cool it in a freezer.
10. Take it out of the freezer once before it freezes (after about 2 hours) and put in ice candy bars.
11. Put it back into the freezer.
12. Cool it until it freezes completely for about another 6 hours.
13. Cut it into pieces. Oreo cookies crumble all over the place so say "Hey, it crumbles way too much" while enjoying the ice bars with your friends.

型に流し込んで冷凍するだけ。食べる時に切り分ける画期的な？アイスバーの誕生です。
砕いたオレオクッキーがパラパラ落ちるので気をつけてください。

*レシピ*（230×45×65mm 約580mlのスリムパウンド型 1個分 ）
１．生クリーム 200mlをしっかり泡立てる。
２．室温に戻したクリームチーズ 100gを泡立て器でなめらかに混ぜる。
３．２に１を少量加え、混ぜる。
４．３に１の残りを加え、混ぜる。
５．４に加糖練乳 大さじ 5（75ml）を加え、混ぜる。
６．５をオーブンペーパーを敷きこんだスリムパウンドに流し込む。
７．オレオ 3枚を砕く。
８．７を６にのせ、軽く押さえる。
９．冷凍庫で冷やす。
１０．完全に固まる前に一旦取り出し（2時間ほど）、アイスキャンディーバーをさす。
１１．再度、冷凍庫へ。
１２．完全に固まるまで、さらに6時間ほど冷やす。
１３．切り分けていただく。オレオがパラパラ落ちるので「ちょ、落ちすぎｗ」と突っ込みながらみんなでワイワイ食べる。
