CASHEW NUT CHUTNEY ─ Mrs.Vahchef

Cashew nut chutney is an unusual chutney with mild flavors. It goes well with dosa, idli or rice

INGREDIENTS:

Oil 1 tsp
Green chillies 2 nos
Urad dal ½ tsp
Chana dal ½ tsp
Ginger 1 piece
Cashew nut 1 cup
Curry leaves 1 spring
Salt To taste
Lime juice 1 tsp

METHOD:

1. Heat oil in a pan, add green chillies, urad dal, chana dal, ginger and saute it for a 1 min.

2. Add cashew nut saute it and switch off flame, add curry leaves, allow it to rest.

3. Transfer into mixie jar, add salt, lime juice and blend into croase.

4. Now the cashew nut chutney is ready to serve.
