1½ tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Black Vinegar or substitute: rice vinegar
½ tsp Ginger Root, grated
2 Garlic Cloves
Spring Onion Leaves, chopped
Vegetables Oil
Salt
Black Pepper

Baby Spinach or Watercress
Mizuna Greens or substitute: any leafy vegetables that have a mild flavor
