When I travel to Spain, I absolutely love the simplicity of their amazing seafood. It's all about the freshest seafood, straight from the sea, and basic other ingredients.. this dish is the perfect example of an incredible Spanish tapa; Calamares a La Romana, fried squid with an aioli dipping sauce.. absolutely delicious.
