CAULI FLOWER KHEEMA WITH EGG & SPINACH PEPPER FRY RECIPE ─ Indian Master Chef

This is a very simple and delicious stir fry made with cauliflower and egg. It can be prepared in a jiffy and needs very few ingredients. It goes very well with rasam, sambar and curd rice.

Ingredients: Water as required Salt as per taste Cauliflower 1 Number Mustard oil 2 Tablespoons Garlic 7 Numbers Green peas- 1 Cup Onion 1 Number Egg 2 Numbers Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon Spinach 1 Bunch Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon Tomato 2 Numbers Crush pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Method:




Take a pan, add water and let it boil.
After boiling add salt, cauliflower pieces and boil it.
Now, take this cauliflower pieces and mince it into small pieces along with onion, spinach, and tomatoes.
Take another pan, add mustard oil, chopped garlic, green peas, chopped onion and cook it.
Now add salt, egg and cook it by scrambling the eggs.
Add turmeric powder, chopped spinach, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook it well.
Then boiled cauliflower pieces, tomato pieces, let it cook for 2 more minutes then lastly, add salt, crushed pepper and cook it well.
Serve with rice.
