Method:
1.Take a pan and add coriander seeds,cinnamon stick,cloves,cardomom,caraway seeds,
ĂÂ dry red chillies,pepper corns.
2.Saute it for 3 to 4 mins.
3.Now add in the blender make it fine powder and keep a side.
4.Take a pan and oil ,chopped carrot,chopped beans, chopped potato and saute it.
5.Add turmeric,curry leaves and mix it.
6.Now add chopped cauliflower,tomato puree,water and masala that we have prepared at starting.
7.Cook it for 3 to 4 mins.
8.Add butter and mix it.
9.Again add chopped capsicum,chopped onion and tomato and mix it well.
10.Now add fresh cream and coriander leaves and mix it.
11.Serve with rice.
