NATU KODI PULUSU ─ Indian Master Chef

Natu Kodi Pulusu or country chicken Masala is Andhra's Popular Traditional Recipe prepared spicy and is best home cooked chicken dish with all home available Ingredients.

Ingredients: Onion 1 Number Dry coconut 1 Number Cloves 3 Numbers Cardamom 3 Numbers Pepper corn 1 Teaspoon Poppy seeds 1 Teaspoon Salt as per taste Oil as required Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon Chicken pieces 1 Cup Water as required Curry leaves 3 Stricks Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon Garam masala 1 Teaspoon Coriander leaves 1/2 Cup Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon




Method:
First fry chicken by applying turmeric powder on a griller. Later cut them into small pieces.
Grill the onion and dry coconut.
Take a blender, add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, pepper corns, poppy seeds, salt, make it into a fine powder and keep aside.
In the same blender, add grilled onion and make it into a paste and keep a side.
Then take a pressure cooker, add oil, cumin seeds, onion paste and mix it well.
Add ginger garlic paste, chicken pieces and water. Then cook it with closed lid till the one vessel comes cook it.
Then add curry leaves, red chili powder, salt, masala powder that we have prepared at the starting.
And add hot water, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and cook with the closed lid it for 20 minutes.
Then serve with hot rice.
