Crispy fresh Channa Vada & Hot Chai can be a treat any time of the day. Especially when it is cold and rainy.
Ingredients: Green chana 1 Cup Baby corn 5 Numbers Salt as per taste Potato 1 Number Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon Coriander leaves 1/2 Cup Oil as required Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon Green chilies 6 Numbers Raw tamarind 4 Numbers Ginger (chopped) 1 teaspoon
Method:
Take a blender add green Chana, chopped baby corn, salt make it into a coarse paste.
Then take a bowl add boiled potato, green Chana mixture, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and mix it well.
Take another pan add oil, cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, chopped ginger, raw tamarind pieces.
Add these ingredients into the blender make it into a paste.
Take green Chana paste make it like Vada with your palm as shown in the video.
Then deep fry it in a slow flame.
Serve with raw tamarind chutney.
