TOMATO FLAVOURED CHICKEN 65 FRIED RICE ─ Indian Master Chef

Indian chicken 65 fried rice. The name says it all.This fried rice is a loaded with plenty of chicken 65 pieces, a great alternative for biryani.

Ingredients: Water as required Tomato puree 1 Cup MSG 1/2 Teaspoon Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon Salt as per taste Rice 1 Cup Chicken 1 Cup Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder 1 Tablespoon Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon Curry leaves 3 Stricks Oil as required Onion 1 Number Red, yellow, green capsicums 1 Number Green chilies 3 Numbers Red chili sauce 1 Tablespoon Crush pepper 1 Tablespoon Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon Curd 1 Cup Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon




Method:
Take a pan, add water (for 1 cup of rice take around 2 cups of rice), tomato puree, MSG, soya sauce, salt, oil and let it boil. After boiling, add rice and cook it.
Now take a bowl, add chicken pieces, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri chili powder and mix it well. And add coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, curry leaves and cook it well.
After that take another pan add oil to deep fry. Fry the chicken pieces and keep a side.
Take a pan and add oil, onion pieces, capsicum pieces, green chilies, red chili sauce, crush pepper powder, coriander leaves, curd and mix it well. Add fried chicken pieces and cook it well.
Now add cooked rice that we have prepared at the start. And mix it well or toss it.
Serve with raitha.
