Method:
Boil water in a pan by adding seasoning of salt.
Add grated cabbage, chopped beans, grated carrot, grated baby corn and mix it. Then strain into a bowl.
Now take these vegetable mixtures in a plate.
Add salt, maida flour or corn flour, chopped green chilies, flavoring salt and mix it well.
Then make it into small balls.
Now fry in hot oil as shown in the video.
Then take another pan add hot oil, chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped green chilies and cook it well.
Now add strained vegetables water, sugar, vinegar, tomato ketch up, chili sauce, soya sauce, and let it boil.
After boiling add corn flour water, fried balls, chopped spring onions.
Ready to serve.
