Ingredients: Cauliflower 1 Number Potato 3 Numbers Oil as required Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon Onion 1 Number Hing 1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon Curry leaves 3 Springs Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon Curd 1 Cup Red chili powder 1 Tablespoon Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon Garam masala 1 Teaspoon Green peas 1/2 Cup Salt as per taste Sugar 1 Teaspoon Coriander leaves 1/2 Cup Tomato puree 1 Cup Dry red chilies 3 number




Method:
Take a pan and add oil, dry red chilies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onion, hing, turmeric powder, curry leaves, tomato puree, ginger garlic paste and cook it for 5 mins.
Now add curd, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, mix it well and cook it.
Add chopped cauliflower and potato and cook it with closed lid. And add green peas, salt, sugar and let it cook for some more time.
At last, add chopped coriander leaves and cook it.
Serve with hot rice.
