A simple side dish with beans and eggs - Beans-Egg Poriyal , This Egg and kidney bean curry are simple, delicious and lightly spiced. This curry is quite quick and easy to make but the temperature of the flame is critical. Water as required Salt as per taste Beans 1 Cup Butter 1 Tablespoons Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons Green chilies 3 Numbers Ginger Small Garlic 8 Numbers Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoons Onion 2 Numbers Egg 3 Numbers Coriander leaves 1/2 Cup
Method:
Take a pan and add water, salt, chopped beans and cook it well.
Now take another pan and add butter, cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, chopped garlic and ginger, turmeric powder, salt, chopped onion and cook it well.
Add eggs and mix it well. And add boiled beans and mix it well.
Then add chopped coriander leaves and cook it for 2 to 3 mins.
Serve with pulka.
