METHI RAVA DOSA: Methi Rava Dosa is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Breakfast. Semolina 1 Cup     Rice flour 1 Cup     Salt as per taste  0     Maida flour 1 Cup     Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons     Pepper powder 1 Teaspoons     Green chilies 4 Numbers     Water as required     Ginger ( chopped ) 1 Tablespoons     Fenugreek leaves 1/2 Cup     Onion 1 Numbers     Oil as required     Green peas 1/2 Cup     Grated carrot 1/2 Cup     Potato( boiled ) 3 Numbers     Cheese grated 1/2 Cup
Method:
Take a bowl, add semolina, rice flour, salt, maida flour, cumin seeds, pepper powder, chopped green chilies, water and mix it well. And add chopped ginger, chopped fenugreek leaves and mix it well.
Now take a pan and heat it. After heating pour one laddle like as shown in the video. Sprikle the oil, green peas, grated carrot, grated boiled potatoes, salt, grated cheese and cook it well.
Serve with pickle or curd.
