DAHI PUDINA ALOO RECIPE ─ Indian Master Chef

Children just love potato dishes. Pudina Aloo is a super easy Side Dish where boiled Potatoes are cooked with Yogurt.

Ingredients: Oil as required Onion 1 Numbers Salt as per taste Mint leaves 1 Cup Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon Green chilies 3 Numbers Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon Curd 1/2 Cup Cashew nuts powder 1/2 Cup Potato 3 Numbers




Method:
Take a pan, add oil, chopped onion, salt, saute till onions are brown in color then add mint leaves and cook it well. Later transfer to a blender, make it into a fine paste by adding water and keep aside.
Now take another pan, add oil, caraway seeds, chopped green chilies, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and mix it well. And add mint leaves paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and cook it well.
Then add curd mixed with cashew nuts powder and cook it for some more time. At last, add chopped boiled potato and cook it.
Serve with hot rice.
