KHEEMA CARROT BIRYANI RECIPE : 
Mutton Keema Dum Biryani, another interesting Biriyani recipe made from minced lamb meat. This keema biryani recipe is basically a combination of rice, keema  and biryani masala. Keema Biryani is a North Indian recipe.     Oil as required     Cloves 2 Numbers     Cardamom 2 Numbers     Maize 1 Number     Star anise 1 Number     Bay leaf 1 Number     Biryani flower 1 Number     Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon     Cinnamon stick  Small     Carrots 5 Numbers     Salt as per taste     Mutton khemma 1 Cup     Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon     Coriander powder  1 Teaspoon     Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon     Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon     Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon     Ghee 2 Tablespoons     Mint leaves 1/2 Cup     Green chilies 4 Numbers     Coriander leaves 1/2 Cup     Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon     Curd 1 Cup     Water as required     Rice 3 Cup     Lemon juice 2 Tablespoons
Method:
Take a pan and add oil, whole garam masala spices, chopped onion, carrot pieces and cook it well. And add salt, mutton khemma and cook it well.
Add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder and cook it.
Take another pan and add ghee, mint leaves, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt, curd, hot water and let it boil. Then add soaked basmathi rice and cook it  
 till moisture is absorbed.
Then add carrot and khemma mixture and cook on a slow flame for 5 minutes. At last, sprinkle lemon juice.
Serve with raitha.
