Its considered to be the easy to make sweet,     Water as required     Chana dal 1 Cup     Ghee 2 Tablespoons     Chironji 1 Tablespoons     Raisins 1 Tablespoons     Semolina 1/2 Cup     Sugar 1 Cup     Cardamom powder 1 Teaspoons     Almonds 10 Numbers     Oil as required     Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoons     Dry red chili 3 Numbers     Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons     Curry leaves 1/2 Cup     Mint leaves 1/2 Cup     Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons     Tamarind pulp 1 Cup     Coriander leaves 1/2 Cup
Method:
Take a pressure and add Chana dal and water and put on lid and cook it for 3 vessels. After boiling take in a bowl and keep a side and left over water also keep a side.
Now take boiled Chana dal and make it in to a fine paste and transfer into a plate and keep a side.
Take a pan and add ghee, chironji, raisins, semolina and sautĂŠ it well. And add sugar, grinded Chana dal paste and cook it.
After that add water and cook it well. And cashew nuts powder, cardamom powder and cook it.
Serve it and sprinkle the almonds flakes.
Now take another pan and add oil, mustard seeds, dry red chili, cumin seeds, curry leaves, mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, tamarind pulp, left over Chana dal boiled water and cook it.
After boiling add coriander leaves and serve it.
