SPINACH PULIHORA GREEN LEAF CHITRANNAM ─ Indian Master Chef

Water as required Rice 1 Cup Oil as required Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoons Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons Dry red chilies 3 Numbers Peanuts 1 Tablespoons Chana dal 1 Tablespoons Garlic 6 Numbers Ginger Small Hing 1/2 Teaspoons Curry leaves 3 Stricks Green chilies 3 Numbers Onion 1 Numbers Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoons Fenugreek powder 1/2 Teaspoons Sambar powder 1 Teaspoons Tamarind pulp 1 Cup Salt as per taste Spinach 1 Bunch Amaranthus 1 Bunch
Method:
Take a pan and add water and rice cook it.
Take another pan and add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilies, peanuts, Chana dal, garlic, chopped ginger, hing, curry leaves and mix it well.
SautĂŠ it for 2 to 3 mins.
Add chopped green chilies, chopped onion, turmeric powder, fenugreek powder and cook it for 2 to 3 mins.
Then add sambar powder, tamarind pulp, salt and let it boil.
Add chopped spinach, chopped amaranthus and mix it well.
Cook it for 5 mins.
Then add cooked rice and mix it again or toss it.
Serve in serving bowl.
