MALAI METHI MATAR PANEER RECIPE ─ Indian Master Chef

The recipe of this methi malai paneer is roughly adapted from the methi matar malai recipe. This dish is very tasty and delicious, to serve with rice.

Ingredients: Garlic 5 Numbers Ginger Small Butter 2 Tablespoons Onion 2 Numbers Salt as per taste Fenugreek leaves 1/2 Cup Green chilies 3 Numbers Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons Cumin powder 1 Teaspoons White pepper powder 1 Teaspoons Green peas 1/2 Cup Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoons Cashew nuts powder 1/2 Cup Milk 1/2 Cup Panner 100 Grams Fresh cream 1 Tablespoons




Method:
Take a pan and add chopped onion, chopped ginger and garlic and sautĂŠ it. And add butter, salt, chopped fenugreek leaves and cook it well.
Add chopped green chilies, coriander powder, cumin powder, white pepper powder, green peas, turmeric powder, butter and mix it well. Cook it for few minutes.
Then add a pinch of sugar, cashew nuts powder, milk, chopped paneer and cook it well. And add fresh cream to it and cook it.
Serve with hot rice.
