POTATO VADA RECIPE ─ Indian Master Chef

Aloo Vada Or Aloo Pakora is very Popular Deep fried snack. It is generally taken during evenings and is always served hot with sauce like coriander chutney, Tamarind chutney, and tomato ketchup. I Like to make Pakora for parties because it is easy to make, serve and everybody Loves vada's.

Ingredients: Potato 2 Numbers Salt as per taste Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon Coriander leaves 1/2 Cup Onion 1 Number Green chilies 3 Numbers Puffed rice powder 1/2 Cup Milk 3 Tablespoons Bread crumbs 1/2 Cup Oil as required Chickpea flour- 1 cup Ginger (chopped) 1 Teaspoon




Method:
Take a bowl, add grated boiled potato, chopped ginger, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, green chilies, chickpea flour, puffed rice powder and mix it well.
Divide potato mixture into 10 equal portions. Make round balls and flatten into round shape.  And coat it with milk or water. Next coat
it in the bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a kadai / frying pan. Reduce heat to medium and fry Vada’s in batches (4 at a time) till light golden color on both the sides.
Serve with tomato ketch up.
