Ingredients: Bitter gourd 7 Numbers Cashew nuts 1/2 Cup Onion 3 Numbers Curry leaves 3 Springs Green chilies 4 Numbers Chick pea flour 1 Cup Rice flour 1/2 Cup Baking soda 1 Teaspoon Salt as per taste Red chili powder 1 Tablespoon Oil as required Water as required Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
Method:
Take a bowl, add sliced bitter gourd and onion, silted green chilies, soaked cashew nuts, curry leaves, chickpea flour, rice flour, baking soda, salt, red chili powder, mix and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Then add little oil, water and mix it well like pakoda mixture.
Now take a pan, add oil and deep fry the pakoda as shown in the video.
Then sprinkle the chat masala and serve it.
