Take a blender and add fresh coconut pieces, brown onions, sautÄĹ ed almonds, water and make it into fine paste and keep a side.
Now take a bowl and add chicken pieces, white pepper powder, green chilies, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, mint leaves, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, salt and mix it well.
Add oil, coconut and almonds paste and mix it well.
Take a pan and add oil and place the chicken mixture, curd and mix it well.
Now take another pan and add water and let it boil. After boiling add salt, oil, whole garam masala, soaked rice and cook it 80%.
Then transfer cooked rice into a chicken mixture pan and add saffron colour.
Now put on lid and cook it for 15 mins.
Serve with raitha.
