CARROT CAKE NEW YEAR 2017 ─ Indian Master Chef

Carrot cake :Bake a classic Carrot Cake recipe, complete with chopped walnuts, cinnamon spice.This Carrot Cake is moist and flavorful with grated carrots mixed into the batter. The carrot softens in the cooking process, and the cake usually has a soft, dense texture. Maida 1 Cup Caster sugar 1 Cup Baking soda 1 Teaspoons Baking powder 1/4 Teaspoons Salt 1 Pinch Cinnamon powder 1/2 Teaspoons Eggs 3 Numbers Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoons Vegetable oil 1 Cup Walnuts 1/2 Cup Cashew nuts 1/2 Cup Grated carrot 1 Cup Almonds 1 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Red color 1 Teaspoons Green color 1 Teaspoons




Take a bowl and add maida flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, pinch of salt and mix it well and keep a side.
Now take another bowl and add eggs and beat it well. And add vanilla essence, caster sugar, vegetable oil and beat it well. Now add grated carrot and mix it well and keep a side.
Take maida mixture bowl and add walnuts, cashew nuts and mix it. Then transfer into egg mixture bowl and mix it well and keep a side.
Now take baking tray and apply the oil and sprinkle the flour as shown in the video andperectly greese the tray.
Place mixture in the baking tray and bake it for 30 mins at 180c
Take almonds and roast it lightly. Transfer into a blender and add cashew nuts, sugar and make it into a fine powder.
Transfer into a bowl and sprinkle water and mix it like a dough. And take some dough and add red color and do rose as shown in the video.
Take left over dough add green color and do leaf as shown in the video.
Now decorate the cake as shown in the video.
