EGG PEPPER PARATHA FRY :
Egg Pepper Fry is the tastiest and quick egg dish which can be done. This dish goes best with roti or rice and is a yummy egg dish. Wheat flour 1 Cup Salt as per taste Water as required Eggs 4 Numbers Oil as required Chat masala 1 Teaspoon Crush pepper 1 Teaspoon




Method:
Mix the wheat flour with butter, salt, water and make a dough out of it and rest it for 10 minutes.
Take out 1 equal portions out of the dough. Place flour in a flat-bottomed dish. Dip one dough ball at a time in the flour and roll out to a large roti or flat layer.
Now dip one side of the roti in the flour. Place it back to the rolling board floured side down.
Then place the sliced boiled eggs, coat it with one beaten egg, seal it and cut with the pizza cutter.
Now take a pan, add oil. When the oil is hot, place the paratha and cook it both sides.
Then sprinkle the chat masala and crush pepper.
Serve with curd are pickle.
